Worked for 5 years. Started as a UX designer and finished as a UX lead for the group.

  • Advocated for UX - early days.

  • Turned the portal from 200k - over a billion

  • Lead many projects (Link)

  • Turned in to a Leadership job as the department grew. Focused on Ops and Mentoring

Norton

Started on a contract working on a new product called Norton Privacy. Was converted to full time in a short period of time.

Tools (InVision, Sketch, Omnigraffle, Zeplin)

  • Lead UX for Norton Privacy (link)

  • Developed a cross platform portal strategy for Symantec Support

  • Worked on standardizing biz and product rules for product landscape. (link)

  • Developed the ground work of a integration plan of Nortons and Lifelock’s 40+ into a single experience.

EY (Ernst and Young)

EY is a partnership. A bunch of CEOs. Build a UX department for ATTG Americas Tax Technology group. Left EY in the beginning of March. 2 month transition.

Tools (Abstract, InVision, Sketch, XD)

  • Developed strategies for the division.

  • A lot of resourcing and forecasting.

  • Review work of 22 designers
